If there’s one thing you should know about me, it’s this: I love strategy. From a young age, I’ve been captivated by how things work in the business world—what makes some businesses thrive while others struggle. While my friends played with dolls, I was busy making deals with my stuffed animals and running a pretend empire with my Barbie cash register.

That childhood curiosity grew into a lifelong passion. I earned both my undergraduate degree and MBA in business administration, building a solid foundation in business principles. But it’s been my hands-on experience that truly brought those concepts to life. Over the years, I’ve worked across various areas of business, including management, sales, service, operations, business transformation, and strategy. This diverse experience has given me a well-rounded perspective on how businesses operate, grow, and overcome challenges.

What excites me most about strategy is its transformative power—the ability to see the big picture, anticipate challenges, and align efforts to achieve meaningful results. Throughout my career, I’ve been fortunate to lead and support major initiatives that showcase the value of strategic thinking. Some highlights include:

• Leading programs that delivered nearly $200M in annual results over the past five years.

• Executing Lean Six Sigma Black Belt projects that saved $13M annually.

• Driving strategic initiatives that contributed $17M annually through revenue generation and cost reductions.

These accomplishments aren’t just numbers on a page; they represent real-world outcomes that have solidified my passion for strategy and its impact.

In addition to my professional achievements, I’ve dedicated significant time to consulting small business owners, especially those affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. Many small businesses are still recovering, and I’ve had the privilege of helping them navigate challenges through strategic planning, project and program management, and financial projections. These experiences have deepened my understanding of the practical application of strategy and its role in creating lasting change.

Alongside my specialization in strategy, I hold certifications as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Project Management Professional (PMP), and Digital Marketing Specialist. These credentials, combined with years of practical experience, have shaped me into a leader, program manager, and consultant who is deeply committed to helping businesses grow and thrive.
